2 Jukeboxes for sale

Post by Fortytwo »

Hello,
I have two jukeboxes for sale, What arcade in the 70's didn't have a jukebox?
The first one is a fully working Rock Ola 488. holds 80 45's for 160 selections. I have done a bunch of work on this unit. Rebuilt the amp power supply, had the keypad rebuilt, replaced all the speakers. repaired the profit setter. The hit counter is fully working, which is unusual for this Juke. I have it listed for $450 but will give a deal to anyone in this group. I also have a full manual set which cost me over $50 to get.

The second is kind of a juke box. Its actually a stereo home 12 inch record changer (no amps or speakers) Seeburg console AP-1. Holds 50 33 1/3 records. This unit is not working. I have rebuilt the clutch, and yes no broke gears on the clutch unit. I believe the issue is currently a failure in the electronics. MY jukebox knowledge is weak when it comes to Seeburg, and i would like to just pass this one on as a project. It has a value in parts but i'm not interested in parting it. so i will ask a firm price of $125. I would make a deal on both units. Sorry i don't have any pics of this unit.

Please PM me for my phone number. Items located in Custer WI.

These are nice looking jukes, really like the style of the Rock Ola 488 line plus many of their parts are interchangeable with many of their other models.

Thanks Darth
Yes parts in the juke cover many models and are interchangeable with others. Has a nice sounding solid state amp. And is narrow. I had it in my kitchen and listened to records every weekend during breakfast. I did restore my dream juke and hence don't need this one.

Here is a picture of the seeburg. Yes it buried. I paid $125 for it. But truthfully would let it go for $100.
Thanks.

No problem. I had a couple of these last year that I fixed up and sold in a similar price range and if anyone ever needs parts that buys em, let me know. Pretty sure I have replacement parts piled up in my attic. :)

Rock ola's and Rowe's are built like tanks. Once set in place and playing right, they rarely need much of any adjustments

Both of these have been sold.

There's alotnof late 60s and 70s jukes avalible for a decent price. But if you want to see the record play they are still expensive.
My advise is don't spend too much. The jukebox market is collapsing.

I can ask around and see if any friends have something.
