Great Pinball house for rent >> now rented

Kind of pinball related in a round about way.
I recently bought another house that I am renovating and will be renting out come June 1st. Please spread the word.
If you are a pinhead, it has updated electrical and probably room for up to 30 pins in the dry unfinshed basement
I put it on clist for 1350, but will rent for 1250 (if you are a local then may be more negotable)
