I have a Williams F-14 which is in good shape. almost all LEDs new rubber and more. I am in over my head

trying to repair the machine. Currently the machine starts at Factory Settings. Other than that, it works well. I am thinking around $1500.

Super fair deal at 1500, playfield looks really nice.

Factory settings could be something as simple as dead batteries in the backbox.
