F14 TOMCAT

Need repair help. I live in the north suburbs of Milwaukee don't know where to start to find someone to work on it. Last technician, very nice guy, seemed knowledgeable but after he 'fixed' it the machine went from having a couple issues to not working at all. Probably a coincidence. One fellow told me it was the "T-5 Crossbar Multi-freq integrator or sequencer". I think that is something from Star Trek. I have the manual and schematics but that doesn't help me. Can someone?
