Things are/were really bad on the westside. If anyone needs a hand, storage space, whatever... just say the word.

We were fortunate to escape the storm bone dry. Our sump pumps kicked in sporadically throughout the night, but the basement survived. Which is good, cause we're moving and I don't want to spend money on this house.

Some of my coworkers weren't so lucky. One guy's apartment storage unit was underwater and his car was up to the doors.
