That would involve removing a table from my basement, which has never been attempted. For all I know, my basement could be a Chinese Finger Trap for pinball tables. ;)

It's not my table to speak for, but it is mostly finished. I've got a few things to work on before I put a stamp on it. And the past couple weeks have been more about ripping up the basement so our next house guests don't feel like they're having an orgy with Patrick Stewart, Mel Gibson, and Michael Jordan.

What I really need to do is stop buying pinball tables and buy an Escalara. 99% of the reason I don't volunteer to bring tables all over the place is because I'd have to physically lift the table up my stairs. I'm outweighed by most backboxes, so that's a big commitment for me. :)

Sign us up for one table at MRP. We'll be there! Hopefully both of us, babysitters willing.

We've bought all of our tables in the past 10 months, so it's too early to say what we'll bring in the next six months. :D

We have better running trails in WI Art, plus more lakes.

Awww shucks. ;)

WI is like my pinball family. Always feel at home and can have fun goofing around over pinball. I realized after I got home the other day that I've made it to every Wauna and Mad Rollin' tourney so far.

I am looking forward to finally running the trails up there!

Added chris and chateen with 1 deck (THANKS!)

That gets us to 14/15 tables so looks like this is a go. We will still need to get ~8 more tables as we need 18 at minimum plus a few extras to get us some spares and side tourney stuff.

I could use some suggestions for good local charities. We try to focus on the fight against cancer as that is how this whole thing happened and I like to keep it in that avenue/trend as a partial rememberance to Erica.

Last year we donated $3600 to Carbone Cancer Research Center and I am sure we can top it this year!!!

I could also use some help with reaching out to get raffle prizes from vendors. I am not very good at that (in case you had not realized  ) so if anyone wants to help out them let me know and it woudl be greatly appreciated.

As always, game bringgers/helpers get free entry into the Friday night pre-party so there are some perks for the effort.

I will contact some wisconsin (and possibly others) based places and get some raffle prizes worked out.

How many are you looking for?

I think the more raffle stuff the better!

I am working to confirm the date with the venue now. May be some last minute hiccups on current date so hold tight a few days till I get hard confirmation.

Pooleys apparently double booked the weekend of Sept 24th and wants MRP to push to the weekend of Oct 1st.

Wondering how this impacts those that are planning to bring games.

Other possibility is using Alt Brew (they actually have lots of space and would open the back area for more games) but I would need to verify if the weekend of the 24th is still available). Alt has some other benefits like the ability to load-in and load out with a bit more liesurely pace. Also has the ability to bring in a food truck or 2 for the event to provide more food options. They also let people order in food which is good.

In other words... I need to talk with Alt as I think first preference is to keep with Sept 24th. (I know a few people have already booked PTO around this weekend).

Hold tight all. I will report back when I have info hammered down.
