Due to badgers home football games for 2015 (all home games every weekend in Sept) it looks like the 4th annual will be the last weekend of August 28-30th. This will be the weekend prior to labor day. Does that work for people?
There are not many other good options. We could possibly do the first weekend in Oct as an alternative but that butts up to Expo season.
Thoughts?

I would recommend just nailing down the date and people can try to work their schedule around it. The one concern is how hot it may get in the fieldhouse on a hot summer day in August with a bunch of games and sweaty dudes.

Yeah, that is my concern with late Aug also.
This date is pretty much hammered down unless I hear any objections in the near future.

It does get warm in there but watcha gunna do? Barn fans? October would probably be too close to expo but is weekend before Labor Day just as bad? Not saying it is, just throwing that out for discussion. I think you picked the right date based on your choices.

nothing solidified. The thought was to do carbone cancer research center.
Completely open to ideas and suggestions. Feel free to PM me if you want to keep it offline but know of a good cause that is more immediate to the pinball family.

Either date is fine by me. Have to work both so it's PTO either way.
As far as missing items, someone made off like a bandit. Took one of my power strips. Which I was going to give to Hilton anyway since MRP needs them. Took my long yellow power cord with a 4 square box. No biggie there as I can make another. And my $30 flashlight which had my name engraved on it. That one I'd like back.
