Next Music Pin?

Post by ChrisS »

Not including Heavy Metal. Anyone have the skinny on the next music pin? I hear rumors of GnR from IL Jack and maybe Motley from Stern.

I spend so little time on Pinside these days that I don’t really keep up with what is going on.

For all I know it could be ABBA and Queen w/ Adam Lambert.

Anyone?

I heard Zeppelin from Stern and GNR from JJP awhile ago. Of the two, I thought GNR was ready to go. I am not sure when we will see any new pins, to be honest. I don't ever get in on the pinball gossip, so for me to hear about those two probably means they already launched a few months ago and I am just catching up... Lol

I think John Borg is working on the Lawrence Welk music pin. Rumor is it will have a bubble machine in the LE model !

I love bubble machines. I did a tour where I had to deal with 6 of them a day. But they were epic in the 1600 seat clubs.

I’m with you Tim. I think it’s going to be a while before we see any new releases.

Motley Crue and I can get my wife and her family on board for one ;) however the same could be said for Lawrence Welk.

So it looks like Guns and Roses has come out before Welk.

While waiting on Welk what's your take on the GNR pin ? Anybody order one ?

I think the game looks incredible. Far better than anything I was expecting. That being said, I just spent 9500 on HUO Star Wars Pro and HUO Guardians. 9500 is way too rich for my blood for one game.

Yeah 9500 for one game (LE) is a pretty steep poke for my blood too. Would I take a flyer on a Standard at less money - I don't know. Not like there are going to be any shows any too soon for a show special either or a chance to play one.

I agree the game does look nice.
