October 12th Ballers - Todd, Sun Prairie

Hey everyone!

I'll be hosting Ballers league on Saturday, October 12th.

7:00pm start. Anytime after 5pm for practice/food/drinks/loud yelling over game noise.

We'll have a taco bar setup with chicken and beef catered from Burrachos (our favorite local Mexican place) along with various chips, cookies, etc. Flavored water, beer, hard seltzer, soda. Fully stocked candy machine.

I hosted the Madison league last weekend and we had some issues with weak flippers (and a few other low power issues) when all the games were on at once. I recommend only turning on games being used to prevent this from happening again (or even tripping a breaker), then just turn it off when done (so they all aren't on at the same time). It was really fun throwing all the games in the random play format for that league, you never knew what game you'd end up playing!

It does feel weird. It has been 12 years of this weekend schedule thing.... My wife may regret switching to weekends off if I am finding time to do stuff for myself all the time..... lol

It actually feels more weird that I have a son in middle school who wants to hang out with his dad....

Yep, that is him...... I taught him early on that it is only gambling if you lose..... LOL

Adam already has stuff picked out for when he wins it all. His thought process is if he can crush his Dad every game and everyone else plays about the same it's an easy win!
