One-handed strippers

Does anyone have a recommendation on a specific one-handed automatic wire stripper? I was going to grab one, but they're worryingly cheaper in price than I remember.

Re: FS: Avatar pro

Really fun game, very similar ruleset as Tron and IM. The mech shot is one of my favorite in pinball.

Re: The Mothership is landing

Rad! I'll be watching this one closely. I do tend to think that this will be another classic reskin, unfortunately. I haven't paid enough attention to new releases or the rumor mill to really know, but it just feels like it probably won't be a full new game.

I hope I'm wrong.

Re: pinball podcasts

I used to listen a lot more than I do now, a shortened commute (and even more recently, NO commute) have really cut out a lot of the time I'd normally spend listening. Pinball... I enjoyed Coast 2 Coast pinball, but I don't think that's a thing anymore. I also used to check out The Pinball Podcast q...

Re: Move Confirmed

Another "just in case" recommendation.. Think about leaving a decent gap (4+ inches) between whatever flooring you use and the drywall, and then stamp on some big baseboards to cover that gap. That way, if you ever do get water (hopefully you never have to worry about it), it wont suck up ...

Re: Move Confirmed

Basements are the best! You should make sure to get a radon test, and if recommended, a mitigation system. It probably wont be necessary, but even if it is you're only looking at roughly 1k. Get a good battery backup sump pump. If you already have a working sump pump but it's not a battery backup, I...

Re: Nintendo Switch.... Club?

I’m playing Hades lately. Lots of fun! I generally get irritated with “rogue-likes” being repetitive, but the variety in your weapons and how each run plays through makes it engaging. The theme is great, the voice acting is great, and you really get a feeling of getting better at the game as you pl...

Re: Awwww. Damn It

Dang. I heard about that a while ago, but was hoping maybe I was misinformed. I was trying to decide on a ACDC premium way back. There wasn't much in the way of location pinball at the time, and if there was, no way it was going to be a premium. I reached out to some random guy on pinside with an LE...

Re: So..., tell me about the Madison area

Congrats. They're pretty tough to find in decent condition, but not unobtainable. I'm sure you can find another if the mood strikes.

The SS has sat quite a bit, too. I've been full from home as well, and I think I've filled it up twice.

I think I'm most jealous of your radio shack drawers, shed, and rx8.

Re: So..., tell me about the Madison area

Welcome, Eric! It looks like everyone else has given some great advice on the area already. I think CG is great. It's small, and has a few decent restaurant options, and Sun Prairie/Monona/Madison are all just short trips to expand upon that. Chicken Licks is technically in SP, but pretty darn close...
