Re: WTB - Gottlieb wedgehead backbox and lockdown bar

Hi Sean, I have a friend near Chicago that buys and sells a lot of EM games and parts. I asked him if he had the parts you need. He doesn't have the backbox but does have a correct lock down bar. He wants $60 plus shipping for it. That may be more than you were hoping to invest for such a project? A...

Re: WTB - Gottlieb wedgehead backbox and lockdown bar

I don't have the parts you need but it may be worth mentioning what machine it is for. Early 70s Gottliebs use a studded lockdown bar, late 70s use the shark fin style. You could probably convert it either way with the right receiver.

Re: Where does Don in Verona keep finding games?

Who knows? He said he had a picture board his girlfriend made with 250 of them. Hard to know how well he documented his purchases beyond that? He also said the cheap projects were starting to dry up. Well yeah, he bought them all. He has room for eight, so he turns 'em and burns 'em pretty quickly i...

Re: Where does Don in Verona keep finding games?

I sold a cheaper EM to Don last night. He told me he has owned 385 games in 5 years. That ought to get Hilton fired up.

To be fair he was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Re: FS: Spanish Eyes, Winner, Doodle Bug

John is always a pleasure to deal with. A good guy that takes great care of his games. Just a little reference as I know us EM guys travel in different circles. :)

Neat. Apparently there is a nickel version and one that plays using a Bally token. Which one is this?

Here are a couple more pics. Not great photography but give a general idea of playfield and backglass condition.

1973 Gottlieb Pro Pool - Sold

Here is a pretty nice Pro Pool. Game plays great. Backglass and playfield both have some touch-ups but present well. Cabinet is solid with some minor nicks. Has had the coin door and legs replaced with new at some point. Has schematic taped to the back door. Only issue is the game over light is fini...

I have one but it is setup for two slots. I'd sell it for $25 shipped. If you want perfect you can also buy a new one from PBR.
