Nevermind Problem solved. Found a cold joint and reflowed solder

Does anyone in the Madison area have a WPC-S cpu board I could borrow to troubleshoot with? I think the board on the Johnny Mnemonic I have might have issues and I was hoping to test before buying a new one.
