Re: Player 2 Arcade IFPA Knockout Tournament
Hey Everyone! It's about that time again when we get rolling with the 3-Strike Knockout tournament at Player 2! It's no longer the inaugural tournament, but it's going to be just as fun! I am so thrilled to be running these tournaments and I hope you are all just as excited to join such an awesome g...

This is a 3 strike knockout tournament with a 5 dollar entry. All proceeds go to the winners of the tournament. The competi...

MGC has WPPR points again!
Hey all,
I might be late to the party on this, but I just saw that MGC is returning to awarding WPPR points again this year. I was honestly considering not going, but if there are points, I'm there! Has this been known for a while and I just missed it?

Re: Virtual Reality? advice and info requested
If I were building a new PC from scratch without snooping around for second hand parts etc. It would probably be something like this: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($259.79 @ OutletPC) CPU Cooler: Noctua - NH-L9i 33.84 CFM CP...

Re: Beat Dave at States Consulting
I can concur. Spicy food doesn't work. Walks are your best bet for naturally speeding things along. Try 20-30 minute walks 1-2 times per day. If I'm not mistaken, though, your wife isn't ready to pop until a bit into February anyway, right? Anyway, back on topic, I hope I see you in the finals, Dave...

Re: Virtual Reality? advice and info requested
Whichever platform you choose, play the aforementioned SuperHot VR, I Expect You to Die, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, and Beat Saber. I've heard that Tetris Effect is awesome as well. On PSVR, AstroBot is supposed to be awesome. Other PC stuff like Robo Recall and Raw Data are super cool. If yo...

Just got a Switch for Christmas. Been playing some Diablo 3 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on it. What a cool system!
That will also probably be coming with me to Hilton's

Re: Virtual Reality? advice and info requested
Nah, shouldn't be a problem. My PC is about the size of an Xbox. Last year I carried it all the way to MGC from Seattle. I think I can handle a short drive down to your place.

Re: Virtual Reality? advice and info requested
I own an Oculus Rift. In my experience, it is the more comfortable option between the two mainstream options (HTC and Oculus). Oculus is a bit lighter, fits pretty snugly, and in my estimation, has the more comfortable controllers. The touch controllers feel very natural and are super easy to manipu...

Is there any place where we can see the current rosters that have been submitted? I'd like to see how the competition is shaping up
