I can most likely do July. probably the 11th or the 25 (possibly the 4th if there is enough interest and people are in town, but not going to put too much into that date)

Hi All,

We have a smaller place and I am better able to host in the late spring/summer/early fall when I can use the walkout basement to full advantage. We also had to take on a surprise guest dog (long story) for the winter who won't do well with big group at the house. Anyone that can take the February slot from me so I can switch for a later one?

worth mentioning that MRP2015 will be on the weekend of August 28-30 so can we please not double book on that weekend.

I'm signed up to Host in April, but am somewhat flexible and could probably switch to February or March if needed. It looks like the Waun-a-Tourney is going to be March 7th and the MGC is April 11 & 12.

I'm looking at Hosting April 18th but could probably do February or March 21st (if it works better for someone else to Host in April).

Looking forward to this, and glad it's falling together nicely!

OK, I'd better choose March before it's gone....not sure of the date yet.

February updated to 21st (only other weekend Heidi was not working) since I was reminded that SCS is already happening on Feb 7th

Unfortunate yes, unless Sean is able to switch the Scwoegler's date.

Heidi only has off 2 saturdays a month and the other one we are busy with WI SCS. Feb21 is the only day we can do it at the Jones house

Thank goodness for Heidi's schedule (and mine sometimes)! This is one of the few dates so far that I don't have to move my work schedule around. The down side is I won't be able to make a Schwoegs tourney til at least March

The plan is that Sean or I will miss league and run the Schwoeglers tourney. The turnout for the monthly tourneys has been 75% non-league people and it isn't fair to them to cancel the night.
