Re: Any Madison folks picking up parts from the PBL party?

Kingpin, If it's not too much trouble for you that would be awesome! Thanks! Just looking at 3 sheets. I'll wait and see if anyone else is going and picking up sheets for themselves as that would probably be less hassle to just add a few sheets to their order. Bummed I have to miss all the festiviti...

Any Madison folks picking up parts from the PBL party?

I'm not able to make it down this year but was wondering if anyone from the area could grab a few sheets of playfield glass for me? They are on special for $20 a sheet. I can pay via PayPal gift in advance. Thanks!

Re: Lesson Learned on Alltek Ultimate LED Driver Board

That's a good lesson to be learned Mike. You definitely don't want to install an Alltek board if you have any lamp issues since the Alltek's aren't as repairable as a standard lamp board. I always try to swap out the bulbs with the power off too as you can short them out way too easily. I've gotten ...

Re: FS: Project Games for Sale- Lodi WI

Thanks for the EBC Mark! It's one of the games I played and enjoyed quite a bit at Pinburgh this year and I'm looking forward to getting it working and shopped out!

Bump on Laser War too. The playfield looks really nice in person. Another fun game that doesn't get much credit!

I'd be happy to donate $100 to Jimmy. He's a great guy :D

Seriously I'm down for buying a ticket and think it's a great idea!

Re: Idiot wants 2know why no delivery?

I agree with eric. We normally charge $150-$200 for delivery and setup (no stairs) $100 more for stairs as it involves an additional person. You have it correct, you are paying for someone else's skills and time, not to mention their ability to not mark up your house during install. There's also an...

Some good discussion on Star Wars rules as well as the shot multipliers on Tilt Forums that I found:

Re: Star Wars

I played a few games with each of the characters and kind of settled on the same strategy. I seemed to do best with Han and going for Tie Fighter multiball right off the bat and then working on modes. One thing I still really don't understand is how the shot multipliers work. I was generally leaving...

Re: Star Wars

I like that they took a page out of GOT with the extra strategy of who to select before starting a game for certain advantages. My prediction is that R2-D2 will be the most popular choice as he is good with multipliers. Hopefully the Deadflip stream will be announced soon as I'm looking forward to a...

Re: WTB: DESW Found

I'm guessing this must be Todd's game as there can't be too many local DESW in amazing condition? Congrats on the pickup! It's a fun game especially with the new software.
